what is our op program?

Our OP program consists of weekly individual therapy and group counseling sessions. We work with you to create a customized schedule that works for you so you can continue with your day to day life, but have us alongside you for ongoing recovery tools and support.

op vs iop

Both programs aim to assist you in navigating the recovery process by tailoring treatment to address your present requirements. The primary distinction between an Outpatient Program (OP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) lies in the duration of treatment and the level of care required. Outpatient treatment programs are commonly considered a transitional step from IOP, involving regular meetings and active participation in therapy groups while providing the necessary level of support.
